ACP-127 is used for editing, sending and receiving of text messages in ACP-127 format. The process of message exchange performed by two PCs with ACP-127 applications installed or between PC and standard teletype (RATT).

The exchanged messages can be archived, classified and prioritized. Too long messages are automatically divided. Messages addressing is simplified by available address book.
